Milled, extracted or non-extracted and air-dried coconut kernel. Creamy White and needle-flake in shape, desiccated coconut is crispy when dry and chewy when wet to suit a variety of food products.
Reduced desiccated coconut (widely called low fat desiccated coconut) are coconut fiber left after cream extraction of fresh coconut kernel.
