Coconut Cream
Extracted from pure mature coconut flesh, liquid coconut cream are uniquely flavorful multipurpose food and beverage ingredient.
Made from pressing fresh coconut flesh (kernel) and thermally treated, safety and quality are sealed-in in our creamy and fragrant white coconut cream. Comes in a range of products such as chilled, frozen or UHT treated coconut cream.
Our product comes in 1 kg – 5 kg packaging sizes for chilled and frozen coconut cream whereas UHT comes in 250 mL – 1 L sizes.


Frozen Coconut Cream
Pasteurized to eliminate microbial pathogens and blast-frozen to prevent microbial and quality deterioration. Frozen coconut cream are able to be stored for an extended period while keeping the product pure as nature intended.

Chilled Coconut Cream
Pasteurized to prevent pathogenic microbial harm and chilled to minimize freeze-related damage, our chilled coconut cream range stands at the apex of top-grade fresh quality coconut product.

UHT Coconut Cream
Ultra Heat Treated coconut cream aseptically packed into Tetrapak® packaging. Ultra convenient package enables you to open and pour into your favourite dish without the need to add water. Just store in the refrigerator as itself for future use. Our UHT Coconut Cream comes in Cocoboy® brand.

Application Description
Coconut Cream can be poured directly into anything to impart the signature flavor of coconut. Famous Asian dishes such as Malaysian Penang Asam Laksa or Thai green curry uses coconut cream as a main ingredient for their irresistible signature taste. Desserts such as coconut sorbets are made by freezing coconut cream and Southeast Asian black glutinous rice dessert are completed by coconut cream dressing.
