At the heart of the process a spray dryer converts the pure coconut cream into
agglomerated powder. All powder are sieved and metal detected prior to storage,

Not all fillers can dispense high fat content powder accurately, auger fillers are standard in our packaging line to ensure proper amount of powder is loaded into each pack.
